Thanks for choosing our e-shop. In order to purchase a product you only need to do the following:

• To register;

• To enter recipient’s address;

• To enter an e-mail and phone number;

• To pay for the product either by cheque, electronic Mastercard or money transfer.

We have taken care of all the rest!
The products we offer are all unique because:

• They are all handmade by certified craftsmen and artists;

• Each product is made according to the technological requirements of the tradition for making such products which has been passed from generation to generation since ancient times;

• The product you order shall be made specially for you;

• You receive the product together with a special certificate and a personal mark of the craftsman;

• This site is the only one where you have a live webcam broadcasting from the craftsmen’s workshops and you can see how the selected product is made;

Each product is handmade and it takes 4 to 5 weeks for the make of it after the money is paid to our bank account. When you place and order for a product we will send you a confirmation for accepting the order which means that the craftsman is free to start working. You will receive the ready product in the fastest possible way by a door to door courier. The insurance of the product is at Webcrafts’ expenses. The moment we fulfill all documentation and organizational formalities you will be advised to the address you have pointed out about the date you will receive your product. We recommend you check the contents of the package where you must find the following:

• The product you ordered;

• The certificate of the artist or craftsman, his personal mark or signature on the product;

• Storage and maintenance instructions;

• Webcrafts greeting card;

• The necessary documents accompanying an international parcel.

Please inform us immediately in case any of the above-mentioned is missing.

Being our client you are entitled to:

• Paying the product in advance you become the owner of the product with all the rights and obligations thereof;

• Upon receiving the product you also receive all accompanying documents and a certificate of ownership;

• Receiving the product you accept it and assume possession of it. After you check the contents you can lay a legal claim in writing in the presence of a third independent party and point out the concrete defects within one week from receiving the parcel. In such case you should also advise the Webcrafts commercial department according to the law;

• In case of a proved defect you can return the product in the condition it has been received and it can be replaced;

• If the product is damaged irreparably we shall redeem your money to your bank account in three days after Webcrafts receives the damaged product.

• Under the same conditions you can get a discount from the price in case of a proved delay or non-fulfillment of our obligations up to 0,05% per day but not exceeding the price of the product;

• You can refer all juridical claims to the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce or an adequate instance of the International Arbitration in Paris;

• Webcrafts as a vendor also reserves the adequate right and obligations to do so.
