The Grace of Bulgarian Folk Costumes

When I first saw the book "Bulgarian Folk Costumes" I realized that I was holding a magnificent work in my hands with no analogue in this country. First of all, what is really impressing is the scientific material.

Rossen Donchev - iconography

Born 1963. Painter - iconographer.

He is a graduate in Bulgarian philology from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohrdiski". Rossen Donchev has a gold medal from the Arts School in Triavna. He started doing icons in 1985 and in 1993 he joined the Etara Museum. He has done a one-man show of his oil works in Sofia and has taken part in many others. His icons and paintings belong to many private collections in Bulgaria and round the world.

"Time Of Violence" came out on DVD.

The short version of the film "Time Of Violence" written by Andon Dontchev and directed by Ludmil Staikov came out on DVD. The fans of Bulgarian cinema can watch the film with perfect quality of picture and sound. The DVD version of the film is subtitled in six languages. The producer of the video version is "Audiovideo Orpheus".

1996 - he finished secondary school, major;

painting in the State School of Fine Arts "Illia Petrov"

2002 - he graduated from the Accademia Delli Belle Arte (Rome, Italy), in the painting class of Proff. Alessandro Trotti.
